A steaming hot shower feels wonderful on those aching bones after a workout. But beware, hot showers strip the natural oils of the skin. This leaves the skin looking dry and dull.

Post-workout skincare

If a shower is not readily available, grab a face wash or cleanser with salicylic acid. Make sure to use a moisturizer to keep the skin fresh and hydrated. Don’t forget the back and arms too. Find a body scrub that’s gentle yet potent to prevent blackheads and dark spots. Be consistent and clear skin will be within reach.
